Unpainted: Washed, supports removed, and UV cured. Small fragile parts may keep supports to prevent damage. Minor sanding may be needed for perfect fit.
Painted: Hand-prepped and painted by us for a display-ready finish.
Assembly: Figures come in multiple pieces. Easy to assemble; super glue recommended.
Shipping: Shipped disassembled to protect your figure. Damaged parts? We’ll send replacements ASAP.
Notes: Images show concept paint; final colours may vary slightly. Check our video for recent hand-painted examples.
Lead Time:
Every figure is made to order. Orders join our production queue, so printing and painting may not begin immediately after purchase.
The time needed before dispatch depends on our current workload, your chosen finish, and the figure’s scale and complexity.
If you need your figure by a specific date, please message us before ordering to discuss the current lead time. Delivery time is additional.
