Bespoke Figure Orders & Cancellations
Bespoke Figure Commissions: Cancellations, Progress and Delivery
Changing your mind
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before printing begins. I will notify you at least 48 hours before printing is scheduled to start, giving you time to change your mind.
To cancel, please contact me through the Contact us page with your order number before printing begins.
Once printing has begun, I do not accept change-of-mind cancellations, returns or refunds for bespoke figures made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you. This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights that apply to your order, or your rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
Your input and progress updates
You will receive weekly progress updates while your figure is being produced.
Before painting begins, we will discuss and agree your preferred finish. This may include an anime-accurate or more realistic appearance, following the reference renders, particular colours, darker tones, or more or less gore. I will confirm which requests are achievable and agree any additional cost before carrying them out.
You will receive work-in-progress photographs and opportunities to discuss adjustments. Painting approval will be requested before the figure is sealed with varnish.
Quality checks and final photographs
I check the fit and assembly during post-processing, throughout painting and again after varnishing. You will receive photographs of the assembled figure before it is carefully packed. Figures may be disassembled for safer shipping and require assembly on arrival.
Damage during delivery
I cover damage sustained during transit and offer replacement damaged parts free of charge, including delivery. Please contact me as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the damage and packaging.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, or any cancellation rights that apply to your order. Approving progress or final photographs does not waive those rights. Where the law entitles you to a refund or another remedy, replacement parts are not your only option.
